Blood, sweat, tears..
Ok, just sweat and nearly tears. Tried to make a caramel sauce for these cake pops, well that didn't work!
I overcooked and burned the caramel over and over again, it got stuck in the pan (my mom's pan!) and turned to brick as soon as I turned the heat off. Never making caramel again!
About making cake pops.. Well I'm just no good at that either!
But they turned out ok (and delicious!) so I made a nice picture to share.
They're chocolate mud cake pops with white chocolate and a bit of cinnamon/amaretto sprinkle.
More baking and other stuff to come!
